Wil’s Smokehouse, smokes a variety of foods such as mixed organic
nuts - which have been dry marinated, seeds – which have been
liquid marinated in accordance with a 150 year old recipe of which the
origins are uncertain, but reputably from the Far East.
The combinations of the Herefordshire Apple and Oak with other closely
guarded ingredients used for smoking, enhances each individual variety
of Nut and Seed, producing a unique taste and aroma.
The recipe follows exact criteria and all products are smoked by hand in small batches.
All of our products are Organic, Gluten Free and suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Add to any salad dish, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Brown Rice Salad or
just sprinkle onto your Salad.
